### `# Các Định Nghĩa`

Chọn **Cài Đặt** để cấu hình các định nghĩa về thống kê:

**1, 2. Tiềm Năng/Chuyển Đổi** (có thể chỉnh sửa tên): chọn Danh Bạ/Đơn Hàng, thống kê theo các trạng thái được chọn hoặc các thao tác: **Không bắt máy, Gọi bắt máy, Gọi nhỡ, Nghe máy**; và được tính theo ngày: **Ngày tạo, Ngày Gọi, Ngày cập nhật,...**
