# 5.1 Import/Export Excel

## Import Danh Bạ/Đơn Hàng

* [x] Trong màn hình Danh Bạ/Đơn Hàng click nút **Import Excel**

1. **Tải file Excel mẫu**, nhập thông tin khách hàng vào Excel
2. Chọn File Excel vừa tạo
3. Bấm **Tải Lên** để import Excel lên MyHub CRM

1. Kiểm tra khớp thông tin từ Excel lên Myhub CRM
2. Thêm thuộc tính mới, nếu trên MyHub CRM chưa có
3. **Nếu để trống**: mặc định sẽ gán Danh Bạ/Đơn Hàng theo nhân viên trong file Excel\
   **Chọn nhân viên**: sẽ tự động chia đều Danh Bạ/Đơn Hàng cho những nhân viên được chọn
4. **Lịch sử import**: có thể nhập tên file Excel để kiểm tra lại khi cần
5. Lưu định dạng mẫu: có thể nhập tên để lưu lại thông tin đã so khớp từ Excel lên Myhub CRM
